Pour la ptite histoire du groupe:

Eurythmics est un groupe pop formé de Annie Lennox et de David Stewart.
Le concept d'un duo formé d'une chanteuse pleine de présence, Annie Lennox, et d'un guitariste taciturne et effacé, Dave Stewart, s'est montré porteur en termes de ventes, probablement en raison de l'émergence grandissante des concepts féministes.
Ce schéma du duo électronique se répandit surtout au c½ur des années 1980, notamment en Grande-Bretagne où Eurythmics partageaient la vedette avec OMD, Soft Cell, Tears For Fears ou encore les increvables Erasure.

Le principe a également été décliné à l'identique dans d'autres pays, par exemple en France avec Niagara, puis les Rita Mitsouko ou encore en Suède, avec Roxette.

Kim Wilde
a ecouter quelques extraits .


Chanteuse pop britannique née en 1960. Kim Wilde reste un des visages marquants des années 80. Révélée en 1980 grâce au hit Kids In America écrite par son frère, elle a rencontré un succès planétaire et phénoménal bien que marqué par quelques passages à vide. On se souvient particulièrement de ses morceaux Chequered Love, You Came ou sa reprise de You Keep Me Hangin' On. Kim Wilde s'est peu à peu laissée oublier dans la décennie 90.
